Bookings & Cancellations

A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required for all cancellations, reschedules, or amendments. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals resulting in insufficient treatment time, or failure to attend will incur a charge of 100% of the booked service fee. This policy supports clinic operations and ensures appointment availability for all clients.

Please arrive on time to allow your full treatment to be carried out. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation.

DOSE maintains a strict no guest policy. Due to clinical safety requirements, treatment room standards, and regulatory compliance, only the client booked for the appointment may attend the clinic. Exceptions apply to minors accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, clients requiring a registered interpreter, and approved support persons with prior notification.

If you are unwell, have recently received a vaccine, or believe you may be unsuitable for treatment, please contact the clinic as soon as possible before your appointment.

By proceeding with your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

  • Some treatments may require a valid prescription. A $25 prescription consultation fee applies for new clients, expired prescriptions, or updates to medical history.
  • Promotional gift vouchers are excluded from all offers.
  • Individual results may vary. DOSE reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.
  • Each promotional offer may only be redeemed once per patient and cannot be combined with other offers.
  • Promotions are not redeemable for cash and may only be applied as a discount on the final transaction amount.
  • Offers are only valid within the promotional period stated in the advertisement.
  • A minimum spend of $250 applies to all promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
