Skin Boosters

Hydration, strength, and resilience delivered where your skin needs it most.

If your skin feels thinner, duller, dehydrated, or like it's just not bouncing back the way it used to, skin boosters are designed to address exactly that. Not by adding volume or changing your features, but by improving the actual quality and function of your skin from within. At DOSE, skin boosters are administered by Brittni Little, AHPRA-registered nurse and dermal clinician, as part of a considered, long-term approach to skin health.

What Are Skin Boosters?

Skin boosters are injectable treatments that work beneath the surface to improve hydration, stimulate collagen and elastin production, strengthen the skin's structural matrix, and restore the kind of glow that skincare alone can't deliver. They treat the fabric of the skin, not just what's visible on top.

They are not wrinkle relaxants. They are not fillers. Skin boosters are a category of their own, focused entirely on skin quality, resilience, and long-term health.

What Do Skin Boosters Treat?

  • Dehydrated, dull, or lacklustre skin
  • Fine lines and surface texture irregularities
  • Thinning or crepey skin
  • Loss of elasticity and firmness
  • Uneven skin tone and early signs of structural ageing
  • Delicate areas including under the eyes, neck, and décolletage
  • Skin that feels depleted or slow to recover

Who Is It For?

Skin boosters suit clients who:

  • Want to improve skin quality rather than alter facial structure
  • Are noticing their skin feels less plump, hydrated, or resilient than it used to
  • Are in their late 20s onwards and want a preventative or corrective approach to skin ageing
  • Have tried topical skincare and want to go deeper
  • Are looking to complement existing injectable or skin treatments with a regenerative layer
  • Want natural-looking, progressive results that build over time
  • Are interested in long-term skin health and longevity rather than a quick fix

Who Is It Not For?

Skin boosters are not suitable for clients who:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have active skin infections, cold sores, or open wounds in the treatment area
  • Have a known allergy to any treatment components, a full medical history is taken before every treatment
  • Have certain autoimmune conditions, suitability is assessed individually at consultation

If you're unsure, a consultation with Brittni will confirm the right treatment and timing for you.

Skin Booster Options at DOSE

DOSE offers a curated range of skin booster treatments, selected for their clinical evidence, safety profile, and results. Brittni will recommend the most appropriate option for your skin at consultation.

Rejuran - Polynucleotide Skin Regeneration A polynucleotide-based regenerative injectable that stimulates cellular repair, strengthens the skin's structural framework, and improves elasticity and texture over time. Particularly effective for thinning skin, acne scarring, and under-eye concerns. Results are progressive and cumulative. (See the full Rejuran page for more detail.)

PRP - Platelet Rich Plasma A regenerative treatment using growth factors derived from your own blood to stimulate natural collagen production, improve skin tone, and support tissue repair. Entirely autologous, nothing foreign is introduced to your skin. Effective for skin quality, under-eye hollowness, and overall rejuvenation. (See the full PRP page for more detail.)

Other Prescription Skin Boosters A category of injectable treatments that deliver stabilised hyaluronic acid deep into the dermis to restore hydration, improve elasticity, and soften fine lines from within. Ideal for dehydrated, crepey, or early-ageing skin. Due to TGA regulations, specific product names are discussed at consultation.

What to Expect

Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation and skin assessment. Brittni will assess your skin quality, discuss your goals, and recommend the most appropriate skin booster treatment for your concerns. Treatment is carried out using fine, precise injection techniques. A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort. Mild redness, swelling, or small injection marks are normal and typically resolve within a few days. Full aftercare instructions are provided before you leave.
