Your journey starts with a consultation. We discuss your concerns, skin history, goals, lifestyle and budget, then build a customised plan to work towards what matters to you. Your plan may include in-clinic treatments, homecare recommendations and progress reviews, selected for your individual needs.
The duration is your framework, rather than a promise of a particular result. Treatments, timing and investment are explained before you join, and results vary between individuals.

Your personalised plan is paid through weekly or fortnightly direct debits from your bank account. We discuss your total plan investment, payment schedule and agreement before enrolment, so you know what your journey includes and what you are committing to.

No. Each 3-, 6- or 12-month plan is customised. Your treatments and appointment schedule reflect your skin, goals, suitability and budget.
Can I choose weekly or fortnightly payments?
Yes. We arrange the agreed payment schedule through direct debit from your bank account.
How much does a plan cost?
The price depends on the treatments and inclusions in your personalised plan. Your total investment and instalment amount are discussed before you sign up.
What if my skin changes during the journey?
We review your skin as you progress and discuss clinically appropriate adjustments. Any change to your agreed inclusions or investment is explained before proceeding.
What are the cancellation or pause conditions?
Your plan agreement sets out the payment, cancellation and pause conditions. We explain these before enrolment so you can make an informed decision.
