Rejuran

Rejuran is a polynucleotide-based skin regeneration treatment that works with your skin's own biology to repair, strengthen, and rebuild from the inside out. Not a wrinkle relaxant. Not a filler. Rejuran is in a category of its own, a regenerative injectable that improves the actual quality and resilience of your skin over time, rather than masking the signs of ageing or adding volume.

What Are Polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are long-chain DNA fragments derived from highly purified salmon DNA that are biocompatible with human tissue and well-tolerated by the skin. When injected into the dermis, they stimulate fibroblast activity, support collagen and elastin production, improve the skin's extracellular matrix, and enhance hydration at a cellular level. The result is skin that functions better, not just looks better.

What Does Rejuran Treat?

Rejuran targets concerns rooted in skin quality and structural integrity rather than volume or movement:

  • Fine lines and surface texture irregularities
  • Loss of elasticity and skin thinning
  • Dehydrated, dull, or lacklustre skin
  • Acne scarring and uneven skin surface
  • Under-eye hollowness, crepiness, and delicate thinning skin
  • Early structural ageing and collagen depletion
  • Skin that feels tired, sensitised, or slow to recover

Who Is It For?

Rejuran suits clients who:

  • Want to improve skin quality rather than change facial structure
  • Are in their late 20s to 50s and want a preventative or corrective regenerative treatment
  • Have noticed thinning, dehydrated, or crepe-like skin that isn't responding to topicals
  • Are dealing with acne scarring or post-inflammatory skin damage
  • Want a natural-looking result that builds progressively over time
  • Are looking to complement existing injectable or skin treatments with a regenerative layer
  • Have sensitive or reactive skin

Who Is It Not For?

Rejuran is not suitable for clients who:

  • Are pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Have a known allergy to fish or fish-derived products. Rejuran is salmon DNA-based
  • Have active skin infections, cold sores, or open wounds in the treatment area
  • Have certain autoimmune conditions, suitability is assessed individually

If you're unsure, a consultation with Brittni will confirm whether Rejuran is the right treatment for your skin.

What to Expect

Your appointment begins with a thorough consultation and skin assessment. Brittni will discuss your goals, review your skin history, and determine the most appropriate injection depth, technique, and treatment area for your concerns.

Rejuran is delivered via fine, precise injections into the dermis. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand for comfort. The treatment takes approximately 45–60 minutes. Mild redness, tenderness, and small injection marks are normal post-treatment and typically resolve within a few days. Full aftercare instructions are provided before you leave.

Sessions & Results

Results with Rejuran are progressive, not instant. Most clients notice improvements in skin hydration and texture within 2–4 weeks of their first session, with continued improvement over a course of treatments as collagen support increases and skin quality builds. A course of 3 sessions spaced 4 weeks apart is the standard starting protocol, followed by maintenance every 3–6 months.
